Mandatory service call out charge
1 per booking (not per treatment) - North / North West London covering the areas listed below
Service Description
I charge a £15 call out charge for all home bookings. I cover the following areas in London: Muswell Hill, Finchley, Highgate, Whetstone, Hampstead, Belsize Park, Barnet, Golders Green, Hendon, Temple Fortune, Southgate and Borehamwood. If free on-street or off-street parking is unavailable, the price of parking for the overall duration of the home visit will be added as a charge in advance of the appointment start time. Please make this clear at the consultation. For bookings outside of these areas, please make an enquiry booking via the 'Contact' to dicusss your treatment needs, location and to obtain a quote.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a treatment or consultation from the service menu, an appointment reschedule or full refund will be offered for any cancellations more than 48 hours before the appointment start time. For cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment start time, a charge of 50% of the entire booking will apply.
