Manicured Nails
Manicured Nails

Hello

I'm really looking forward to helping you achieve your treatment goals, whether that be helping you to establish a new effective skincare routine, or having immaculate nails for an event. I believe clear expectations at the outset are important so that you are satisfied with my service. Please therefore, take the time to read the terms of service below, prior to booking a treatment or purchasing a product. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out via the 'Contact' page.

Terms of Service

Security

For security purposes, you will be required to provide a photo of your ID evidencing your address, name and age, one week in advance of the appointment start time.

I will check in and check out of the appointment location to maintain my own security and notify colleagues of my safety.

Pre-treatment

I do not remove nail polish, gel polish or nail extensions unless they have been applied by me. Please attend the appointment with bare clean nails, otherwise the appointment will need to be cancelled and a 50% charge of the overall booking will apply.

Treatment set up in your home

For pedicures, I will need access to taps and a sink to fill and dispose of warm water in the pedicure bowl. I use a heated pedicure bowl which will require connection to an electrical socket. â€‹

For manicures, I will need access to chairs and a table. â€‹

For a visual representation of what the treatment set up will look like in your home, please see the photos on this page.

Home service charge

I charge a £15 call out charge for all home bookings.

I cover the following areas in North and North West London: Muswell Hill, Finchley, Highgate, Whetstone, Hampstead, Belsize Park, Barnet, Golders Green, Hendon, Temple Fortune, Mill Hill, Southgate and Borehamwood.

If free on-street or off-street parking is unavailable, the price of parking for the overall duration of the home visit will be added as a charge in advance of the appointment start time. Please make parking availability clear at the consultation.

For bookings outside of these areas, please make an enquiry booking via the 'Contact' page to discuss your treatment needs, location and to obtain a quote.

Please allow 15 minutes either side of the appointment for treatment set up and pack down.

Health and Safety

I maintain high levels of hygiene for treatments. I achieve this through sanitisation, sterilisation, and single use products. I minimise my carbon footprint by using biodegradable, recyclable, and cruelty free products. Single use pedicure bowl liners, individual use nail files with personalised packaging, disposable gloves, an 100% biodegradable single use Scrummi towels and sheets, are used to main hygiene.

If I become aware of a contraindication at the appointment, I will be unable to continue and 50% of the overall booking will be charged. The reasons for this will be explained.

I am unable to offer treatments in the same room as pets/animals, and children under 18 need to be kept at a minimum of 2 metres away from the treatment area. I do accept any liability for accidents that could occur in the event that these instructions are not adhered to by the customer.

Allergies

I recommend all new products and treatments are patch tested 48 hours before use to assess for any adverse reactions. It is your responsibility to patch test, if you need guidance about how to perform this, please send me a message via the Contact page. When a patch test is required for a treatment you have booked with me, this will charged at £20 and will be performed by me (a service call out fee will not apply on the occasion).

I do not accept liability for any adverse reactions to treatments or products. Please responsibly purchase products and treatments in accordance with your individual health needs.

Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with the service you have received, I will do my bests to rectify your experience. However, if the issue is unresolvable or the service has not been performed to an acceptable standard, a refund will be offered on a discretionary basis.

Cancellations

I will do my best to fulfil all bookings, however, there may at times be unforeseen circumstances or errors, and in these circumstances an appointment reschedule or refund will be offered.

Acceptable standards of behaviour apply at all times. In the event of abuse or aggressive behaviour, I will cease the treatment, and refuse any future appointment bookings.

Eva Ronit. reserves the right to cancel or refuse an appointment at any stage, without explicit reasons being provided.

If you need to cancel a treatment or consultation from the service menu, an appointment reschedule or full refund will be offered for any cancellations more than 48 hours before the appointment start time. For cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment start time, a charge of 50% of the entire booking will apply.
